Are you refering to Connected Farm within the mapping program?
You will not be able to manually enter the devices, those are automatically populated when the user enter the user name and password information in the Office Sync setup in the FmX. Then they would need to log in using that same user name and password within mapping under the Preferences > Connected Farm.
